As the motor will continue to heat up during operation, the overheat protection system can stop the motor from working when the motor temperature exceeds 284°F, preventing the pond air pump from being damaged and providing a safer working environment
- Compatible with diffusers and hoses for use with in 0.354-inch ID self-sinking aeration hoses, up to 2 air diffusers and 2 rolls of hose for large outdoor ponds or lakes of about 3 acres. If over 3 acres, 2 or more sets of aeration pumps are required. Please note that you will need to purchase your own diffuser and hose, we have included 4 hose connection clamps
