Installation Step:1.Please stop the engine before installation,make sure the turbocharger actuator has cooled down.2.Release the liquid coolant.3.Dismantle the right wheel and also the interior lining panel.4.Dismantle the original turbocharger actuator and clean up the residues.5.There's no need to reset the sector gear manually, just install the turbocharger actuator on the turbine. Make sure there is a sealing gasket and no gap between the actuator and the turbine. Fasten the four screws.6. Plug the power from the vehicle in the actuator.7.Turn the key to RUN gear(don'to press the brake,just turn on the power,don't start the engine).8.Plug the calibrator into the OBD port.9.The red indicator light of the calibrator is always on,and the green indicator light keeps flashing.10.Press the calibration button,the yellow light will turn on briefly,and the turbine will start calibration.You can hear the sound of the turbine actuator moving back and forth. Wait for about 15 seconds, and the calibration will be completed. The red light will remain on and the green light will flash; Calibration success light is on steadily if the calibration is successful. lf the calibration fails, the calibration fail light will be on steadily.11.lf calibration fails, please check if the connecting wire is firm，if the actuator is installed correctly,then do calibration again. If the sound of calibration operation can be heard during calibration, it indicates that both the calibrator and actuator can work. Please check if the plugs of the relevant sensors (such as intake pressure/temperature, exhaust temperature sensors) are oxidized and if the wiring harness is worn.12.After everything is all right,add liquid coolant,then start the engine. Check if it works normally and if there'sleakage.13.Installthe interior lining panel and the wheel.14.Above is the installation and adjust method of HE300vG. If you need to installiton an HE351VE, you just need to add a special wire harness(It was included in our package.)Calibration Step:Condition 1: Actuator had been removed from turbo: press IP Key - Assemble the Actuator with turbo and then - press IC KeyCondition 2: Actuator had been calibrated and assembled with turbo: press IC KeyWarning 1: Any time when Reset key is pressed, make sure Actuator had been removed from turbo, and then IP->ICWarning 2: When IP success(digital tube display IP-S), make sure turbo gear is in the left limitation location and then assemble actuator.
