An untreated exceptionally high quality faceted Orange Mali Garnet from Mali. Most often gemstones being sold as Mali Garnet are not authentic Garnets from Mali but from some other locality in Africa that does not produce these special stones. What sets Mali Garnet apart is the extraordinary inner brilliance. It is hard to describe in words but they have a depth to them that is very intriguing and enchanting. It is rather subtle so photos do not capture their full beauty. In person in sunlight they are spectacular gemstones. This is my last high quality untreated Mali Garnet.
