Vinyl decals have no clear or colored background. (White or black is cut out and clear in image)
Transfer tape is used to transfer the design to any non-porous, smooth surface.
Finally, you remove transfer tape, leaving only the design behind.

Vinyl information:
- These vinyl are waterproof
- They are outdoor permanent vinyl (up to 5 yrs depending on weather conditions and sun)

** Once applied decals can be removed, but not reused or reapplied.
