Compatible with GE brand ranges and cooktops. Replaces 1474212, AP4344521 Be sure to disconnect power to the range before you begin this repair. To replace the element, remove the screws holding the cooktop in place, then remove it. Remove the screws holding the burner in place, disconnect the wires and replace the burner. Replace the cooktop and screw it back in to complete your repair.
