Gemeinhardt Student level flute 2SP Serial number H18060 (unknown year of make, but I think you can research it off this number.) All original parts- (the 3 pieces of this flute match.).
This flute plays all the mid octave notes pretty well. Should be suitable for elementary and high school band. High school marching band tested:- this flute can do all those notes.
The 3 lowest notes possible play OK, but not great. (Low C4, D flat, and D.. all the keys on the foot joint) can play but I think this whole flute will probably be benefit from some maintenance.
For now, it plays most of the possible notes, with ease. The top 5 notes on the flute scale, you really have to push it. But this isn’t a $800 Yamaha, this is a basic flute that will work really well for a saxophone player looking to cross over, or someone in a jazz band or jam band, school band.
