The Hosa mit-435 impedance transformer features a low-Z female 3-pin XLR input to a Hi-Z male 1/4" Phone jack, designed to match 200 Ohm output Impedance to 50 Kohm input impedance. It is ideal for connecting a low-Z microphone to Hi-Z instrument jack, allowing a microphone-level signal into a line-level input connection, and padding the signal up so that the impedances are matched.
