• Hinge Installation: Door frames are squared and leveled, then luxurious ball bearings hinges are precisely positioned and welded for smooth operation
• Sealing & Insulation: Doors are sealed with weather stripping and injected with foam for added insulation
• Welding Technique: Most welding is done internally to preserve the door's smooth finish
• Threshold & Jamb Details: Threshold thickness is 1" (25.4mm), jamb thickness is 6" (152.4mm), with a sloped wrought iron threshold to direct water flow and maintain frame integrity during shipping and installation
