100% cotton with a blue background and white flowers, (peonies?) all over it, making for a wonderful cottage floral print.
The dress has wonderfully full, puffy sleeves, that I've seen worn on the shoulders and off the shoulders.
The dress has a hidden side zipper to make it comfortable to get on and off. It also comes with a tie belt so that you can adjust the dress so that it fits your body perfectly.
It has a long skirt with one ruffly tier at the bottom.
I purchased this dress from my local thrift store. It was donated to the thrift store by Target. As part of that donation agreement, the thrift store was required to cut out the brand tag and the size tag from the dress.
However, this is a LoveShackFancy and Target collaboration dress. You can verify that by taking a screenshot of the dress in Google and searching for the same dress. Or you can put in the RN number and it will tell you that it's from Target. Also the fabric tag has a Target tag as well. See photos.
