Ohaus' heavy-duty orbital shakers are ready to take on your application no matter how difficult the task. All models include a built-in tray and rubber mat, and can be customized with over 70 accessories (not included). Some applications include: cell cultures, solubility studies, extractions, bacteria and yeast cultures and suspensions, staining/destaining, immunoassays, protein studies, and blotting techniques. This model utilizes a triple eccentric drive system to maintain stable shaking with microprocessor-control for reliable shaking. This drive system is permanently lubricated and maintenance-free, so you can trust that the shaker will continue to move smoothly after continuous heavy-duty operation. On top of this, the exclusive patented Accu-Drive Shaking System provides exceptional speed control, accuracy, and durability. The load sensor within the machine can detect unbalanced conditions and will automatically reduce to a safe speed to prevent splashing. (This sensor is not included in the Analog models.) The digital models provide an RS232 interface to record data and program the shaker to your specifications.
