A manipulative, expressive marionette from the 'papaveracees' series, emerging from a paper cone/capsule. Crafted from paper and textile, it's entirely hand-painted with acrylic, walnut ink, and varnish. 'Marek', a round character in a checked shirt, felt vest, and canvas pants, exits the capsule with black hair painted on the back and hand-painted, hardened paste shoes. The head, entirely of paper, measures about 5.5 cm x 5.5 cm. The deep capsule shell accommodates the figure, approximately 12 x 12 cm at its largest, featuring a paper poppy leaf. The hands are made of paper.
