Rockford Chimney Supply Stainless Steel Flexible Chimney Liner Insert Kit, 6 Inch x 15 Feet with Blanket Insulation Kit

Your new stainless chimney liner kit will include: Premium Stainless Steel Flexible Chimney Liner (316). The liner is air & water tight sealed. 7 seams with 10 corrugations between each seam. These liners have the very best flexibility & strength combined on today's market. When they heat up they expand, when they cool down they contract, cutting down and fighting against creosote build up. Note: The size given is the inside diameter. Add 1/4" for the outside diameter of the liner. This kit includes a Vertical Appliance Connector where the liner fits into the female side, utilizing the quick connect band. Use the Appliance Connector when you are connecting vertically to the top of a fireplace insert or appliance. A 13" x 13" Top Plate with a Quick Connect Collar is also included to secure the chimney liner from the top of the chimney. The Quick Connect Flue Cap with mesh screen will keep animals & debris out of the chimney. Fasten down the quick connect clamp to the collar of the Top Plate and you're done! It is strongly advised that you do insulate your stainless steel chimney liner to help increase draft & reduce the amount of creosote buildup. It's important to check the inside of your flue to make sure you have enough room to accommodate for the insulation. This insulation blanket kit adds 1.5" to the overall diameter of the flexible chimney liner. The insulation kit includes 1/2" x 24" 3mil Foil Face Insulation Wrap—AES (Alkaline Earth Silicate) Insulation Blanket, Stainless Steel Retractable Mesh, Insulation Spray Adhesive, Roll of HVAC Foil Tape, & 2 clamps to hold mesh in place. Complete do-it-yourself installation instructions. Lifetime Warranty. Note: Measure the inside of your flue and inspect for offsets or narrowing sections to be sure it can fit the chimney liner.
