Control sample nanco cop Hartman with sticker details. Please NOTE that I tragically lost his badge that is a star shape but still have both eye decals and the cartman sticker. The stickers lost most of their adhesive so they hardly stick on, thats how the badge got lost. Some writing on the tag which mentions that it's a revised sample. He originally had a mouth sticker that has the same teeth gritting design as the released one but, similarly to my own mistake, the previous owner lost the mouth sticker. This is 1/1as far as I know. The glasses frames are drawn on with marker by hand so that solidifies the likelihood that he's OOAK.
