Tremco Vulkem 350NF Roller Grade Waterproof Coating – Low VOC, Fast Cure, Elastomeric Base Coat for Concrete & Metal

Vulkem 350NF is a single-component, low-VOC, elastomeric polyurethane waterproofing membrane designed to serve as the primary base coat in Vulkem pedestrian and vehicular traffic deck systems. When cured, it forms a seamless, monolithic rubber membrane that delivers long-lasting waterproof protection while accommodating normal substrate movement. Engineered for durability, Vulkem 350NF bonds aggressively to clean, dry concrete, well-anchored AC plywood, and properly primed metal surfaces. Its elastomeric properties allow it to bridge hairline cracks up to 1/16 inch, helping maintain waterproof integrity even as the substrate expands or contracts. If the membrane is cut or damaged, it prevents lateral water migration, protecting the structure beneath. With a fast cure time, low odor, and low VOC formulation, Vulkem 350NF is ideal for use in occupied or inhabited structures where minimal disruption is required. The product is available in roller and self-leveling grades, making it suitable for both vertical and horizontal applications. Vulkem 350NF is fully recoatable and compatible with other Tremco sealants and expansion joint systems, allowing for complete system integration in demanding waterproofing applications.
